I'm on a mission to share mindful yoga that promotes spinal safety awareness and provide hatha practices that incorporate all eight limbs of ashtanga. I teach for all levels and promote asana as a means to an end. Its not about the perfect asana, each asana is a part of the journey. Its just good yoga.
I'm a lifelong yoga practitioner with a RYT 200 yoga teacher certification and experience studying yoga in India. My journey with yoga has helped me through a herniated disc/sciatica injury, increased my flexibility as a dancer, significantly reduced my day-to-day back tension, and improved my mental and physical well-being. Now I want you to experience these benefits too.
I teach in-person classes in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic.
