Welcome to Yoga with Becs!

Yoga is about finding space within yourself to be your best self every day in the world. Through Yoga with Becs, I will be sharing my yoga journey with you through mindful practices on YouTube, thoughtful blog posts, and daily inspiration on Instagram.


My aim is to share mindful yoga with spinal safety awareness. Here is what that means to me.


Mindful yoga means:

  • giving clear guidance through each practice

  • delivering instruction that makes following easy

  • enabling you to focus on your body in the moment

Spinal safety awareness means:

  • sharing information at the start so that anyone with a prior injury or condition can assess the appropriateness of each practice before starting

  • listing the pose sequence in the video description

  • disclosing any forward folding or twisting at the beginning of the video

  • providing how-to videos to help you modify to your body's abilities

I believe that the benefits of an asana are found not only in its fullest extension. We can all benefit from asanas within our body's specific capabilities when we approach yoga mindfully and in coherence with our bodies. Allow me to guide you in finding your best asanas.
